"Showed up sooner than expected"
I thought it was going to take a few more days. Then it just showed up. Quick shipping, everything was fine, no hassle or anything.

The pearls look nice and the piece is overall, but I couldn’t really confirm if they were truly authentic. I was kind of left in the dark on that part, so I ended up feeling unsure about what I actually bought.

I had a smooth time using the site. It was easy to browse, the pages loaded fast, and I found what I needed without any hassle. i was just expecting the usual annoying clicking around, BUT NOPE—everything actually worked the way it should

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up on time, which was nice, but the packaging was just kind of okay. The box felt a little flimsy, and one corner was crushed a bit. Nothing inside was damaged, so I can’t complain too much, but there was something about it that didn’t feel very secure. Overall, it was fine, just not super impressive

"Really comfy, but shipping was ridiculous"
I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s really comfortable and feels nice to wear. I had it on for a few hours and it never felt itchy or too tight, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was the shipping, which felt a little ridiculous and definitely could’ve been faster. Overall though, I’m happy with it

I had to follow up twice before I got a reply. The response was brief. It didn’t really answer my question. The order itself was fine. But dealing with support was frustrating.

"Warm, stylish, and super easy to browse"
I really enjoyed browsing africanblackpearl.com. The whole look of the site feels warm and inviting, and the colors fit the vibe perfectly without being too much or feeling cluttered.
It was also really easy to move around and find what I wanted. The pages feel clean, the photos look great, and everything comes together in a simple but really way. It definitely feels personal and well put together!

I ordered from africanblackpearl.com earlier in the week, and by the next day I already had tracking sent over. I kept an eye on it for a couple of days, and the package ended up arriving exactly when the tracking said it would. Everything was in good shape, nothing was damaged, and I didn’t have to follow up with anyone at all. Overall, it was a really easy experience and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Nice Look, But I Expected Better Durability"
I ordered from africanblackpearl.com, the item looked really nice when it arrived. Shipping was smooth too, which I appreciated. I’ve bought similar items before from other places, so I had a good idea of what to expect quality-wise.
After using it for a while, though, it started showing wear a bit sooner than I thought it would. It’s still usable and looks decent, but based on my past experience, I expected it to hold up better. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars.

"Not quite as nice as it looked online"
I was a little disappointed when it arrived. It looked much nicer in the pictures, but in person the quality just felt kind of cheap for what I paid. Not sure how to explain it, but it didn’t feel as sturdy or well-made as I expected.

"Fit was off and the sizing info needs to be clearer"
The item itself looked nice, but the fit was disappointing. I ordered my usual size and it was tighter than expected, so I feel like the sizing details on the listing weren’t accurate enough. It’s not completely unusable, but I’m frustrated that I now have to deal with an exchange or return when clearer sizing info could’ve avoided the issue.

"Order was wrong and support felt a bit dismissive"
I ordered the black soap bundle, but what showed up wasn’t right. They sent a different soap, and one of the oils was missing completely. Customer service did eventually respond, but it took a while, and I kind of felt talked down to when I explained what happened. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I really wish they’d double-check orders before shipping them out

For what I paid, I’d say it was worth it overall. The product/service itself was fine and felt like a good deal, but I was a bit annoyed by how unclear the communication was. I had to figure out more than I expected on my own, which made the experience less smooth than it should’ve been
